Important Dates

The meeting is from August 15 to August 20, 2010. There will be an opening reception on the 15th and sessions will start first thing on the 16th.

Please note the following dates for the meeting

July 1, 2010
Closing date for early registration for meeting.

Payment

Payment will be processed as follows
1st Jun 2010 – Payment for registration fee and 1 night’s accommodation for all delegates
1st Jul 2010 – Payment for 2 additional night’s accommodation for all delegates
6th Aug 2010 – Payment for remainder of accommodation and social events for all delegates

Cancellation Policy

Registration
After 30th Jul 2010 – No refund on registration fee

Accommodation
After 1st Jun 2010 – No refund on accommodation amount paid to date of withdrawal

Social Events
After 6th Aug 2010 - No refund on tours and social events
