Financial Aid
The formal closing date to request financial support has passed, but we welcome additional requests and will consider these at a later date if funds are available after we have provided support to those who made requests by the closing date of March 15.
To apply for funds you must go to our meeting registration page and register for the meeting. During the registration process, on the payment page, you will be able to apply for funding to participate in the meeting. Please fill out that form fully as part of the registration process for the meeting. If you have any questions about funding, please contact Arthur Popper (apopper@umd.edu). AND, if you are requesting funding after March 15, please also email Dr. Popper directly so he will know that you have submitted a request.
For individuals who requested funding by March 15, our goal is to let you know of funding no later than May 1, if not sooner.
Individuals who have been awarded support by the organizers to attend the meeting can download the reimbursement form at this link:

Note that the form must be submitted, with all accompanying documentation, after the meeting. This form is ONLY needed for people receiving travel support and is NOT needed for people ONLY receiving hotel and/or meeting registration support.
