Payment
Payments can be made by Visa or Mastercard only.Payments will be processed as per the following schedule:
1st Jun 2010 – Payment for registration fee and 1 night’s accommodation for all delegates
1st Jul 2010 – Payment for 2 additional night’s accommodation for all delegates
6th Aug 2010 – Payment for remainder of accommodation and social events for all delegates
Cancellation Policy
RegistrationAfter 30th Jul 2010 – No refund on registration fee
Accommodation
After 1st Jun 2010 – No refund on accommodation amount paid to date of withdrawal
Social Events
After 6th Aug 2010 - No refund on tours and social events
